Nina loves coming up with creative solutions to her clients’ business challenges. For the past 20 years, she’s been tenacious about solving accounting problems and thinks outside the box. Nina says, “My greatest satisfaction is seeing my clients happy and knowing that one of the most important aspects of their financial lives are in safe hands.”

Lori Leonhard

Tax Accountant

Lori brings to NSO and Company a wealth of experience in the accounting field. Being the daughter of a successful entrepreneur, she found herself helping out around the office and with the books. Always having a love of numbers, she attended The University of Dayton where she earned her BA in Mathematics. From there she began her professional career in quality management at a midsized Indiana based business.

Susan McAllister

EA, Tax Specialist

Susan comes to NSO with nearly 20 years of tax experience and more than 10 years of QuickBooks, small business consulting, and tax resolution experience. Susan truly enjoys working with small to mid-sized business owners. She takes every client’s matters at heart, and gives them the time and attention required to get them truly satisfied. Susan will work tirelessly to get any situation resolved with the IRS, and all other taxing authorities.

Jennifer Matchett

Client Manager

Jennifer spent twenty years of her career in Management and Human Resources at a large national retail chain. She gained invaluable experience over those years, as she worked with a vast array of employees, customers, vendors, and company leaders. Jennifer also trained and coached many employees, who later climbed up to notable leadership roles in the organization. During her career in the corporate world, Jennifer taught a number of college level classes at a local university, and brought a real life experience approach to the classroom and students.

Nathan Carroll

Staff Accountant

Nathan comes to NSO as a recent graduate from Ball State University, having completed his bachelor’s degree in Finance in May of 2020. He started his post college career in the insurance industry, working as a State Farm sales representative for his first year.

Adam Herrera

Tax Specialist

Adam is a St. Louis native who recently moved to Indianapolis. He attended Lindenwood university where he obtained his master’s degree in accounting. Adam is excited to explore pursuing his CPA and is passionate about continuing his education.
