Jennifer spent twenty years of her career in Management and Human Resources at a large national retail chain. She gained invaluable experience over those years, as she worked with a vast array of employees, customers, vendors, and company leaders.  Jennifer also trained and coached many employees, who later climbed up to notable leadership roles in the organization. During her career in the corporate world, Jennifer taught a number of college level classes at a local university, and brought   a real life experience approach to the classroom and students.

Jennifer joined NSO and Company after staying home when her children were small.  In returning to work, she wanted to turn her focus to small business owners, and have an even bigger impact in helping them succeed.  Jennifer truly enjoys working with everyone, and always seeks solutions to make things better.

Jennifer graduated in 1993 from Ball State University with a degree in marketing and sales promotion.

Jennifer lives in the Geist area with her husband and two children. She’s a very busy mom, is active in her church and her children’s school, volunteers at many events and organizations, and is a Colts Fan!
