Nina loves coming up with creative solutions to her clients’ business challenges. For the past 20 years, she’s been tenacious about solving accounting problems and thinks outside the box. Nina says, “My greatest satisfaction is seeing my clients happy and knowing that one of the most important aspects of their financial lives are in safe hands.”

Prior to forming NSO and Company, Inc. in 2009, Nina worked for two prestigious Indianapolis accounting firms for a combined 9.5 years. One was a boutique accounting firm, where she worked with a variety of closely held businesses. Nina says this early experience provided the foundation of her career as a tax accountant, affording her the opportunity to learn all aspects of business accounting. She later worked for one of the top 25 CPA firms in Indianapolis, where she managed an even more diverse pool of closely held businesses, researched, and proposed solutions to complex tax issues and performed numerous consulting engagements.

Nina is a 1999 graduate of Marion College (now Marion University) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and she received her MBA in Finance and International Business from Butler University in 2007. She also holds membership in both the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In her free time, when not caring for her two young children, Nina enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, interior decorating, and visiting art museums. She also volunteers her time at several local charities, because Nina is a true believer in giving back to her community whenever possible.
